This was the second apartment for our Client, SLINC having designed a previous apartment in MacDonnell Road, who was now wanting to downsize and create a pied a terre in Hong Kong and spend more time in Australia. Its compact size, with just one bedroom and small living area, together with a sizeable terrace and balcony was able to fit their lifestyle in this cosmopolitan area of Hong Kong.
Old style black steel windows reminiscent of the Hong Kong tong lau style building and Carrera white marble were key in creating a sleek yet stylish simple interior to reflect this bygone era in a modernistic manner.
